About Me
I'm Akkeem — known to friends as Akkeem the Dream. I'm a Business Administration and Management major with a minor in Marketing, working toward a future as an alkaline vegan chef, innovative consultant, award-winning author/poet, and all-around entrepreneur. My real strength is connecting ideas: crafting recipes worthy of Chopped, writing short stories and anime-inspired tales, and dreaming up marketing concepts for friends' and loved ones' startups. Vegan since 2020, I'm happiest outdoors — hiking, gardening, or wine tasting. I warm up slowly to new people, but once I'm in, I bring full creativity and follow-through to every project.
My Goal for This Portfolio
Beyond fulfilling the assignment, I want this site to be a living proof of concept — something real I can point to when pitching myself for internships, collaborations, or my own future ventures. My hope is to keep building on it as my Google certifications, recipes, and creative projects stack up, so it grows into a genuine reflection of the multifaceted entrepreneur I'm becoming.
